You should be because they are putting at risk everything you are trying to achieve!

They are potentially:

  1. Sabotaging your changes initiatives.
  2. Spreading inaccurate information.
  3. Influencing others to stall or dis-engage.
  4. Causing good people to leave.
  5. Resisting change due to habits or fear of failure.
  6. Continuing to do that which must stop.
  7. Burning your energy.
  8. Burning your time.
  9. Burning your money!

The first truth is that they probably don’t want to be like that but are stuck for some reason.

The next truth is that most of them can be helped back on track rapidly.

The other truth is that you’re not doing anything about it because you don’t want to make matters worse.
