Everyone is trying hard to get good at marketing and selling!

I want to help my clients so that I can help myself.

That’s my golden rule.

The more people I help, the more value I give, the more I’ll be OK.

If some of my clients can’t pay, I ask them to commit to paying it forward.

I don’t use Facebook, I don’t use Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.

I do use LinkedIn.

I use LinkedIn to identify my ideal clients and build an authentic helpful relationship with my connections.

I don’t try to sell.

That’s hurt in the past!

Instead I offer useful information; I show how to do the difficult; I help others be great.

I give value upfront.

They can use it without needing me.

That’s good Karma.

Or they ask me to help them more.

No pressure, just real human interaction.

I do work at getting better at all this.

It takes time, authenticity, and consistent courage, care and competence to build trust.

You can’t rush it.

Yes, you do need to let your ideal clients know about you and what you offer.

How you do that makes all the difference.

Show, don’t tell.

Prove, don’t claim.

Get measurable timely desirable results.

My goals for my clients are:

  1. Become the preferred employer – to attract the right talent to help your business be great.
  2. Become the preferred supplier of your products or service.
  3. Sustain your competitive advantage, through your unique offering, expertise and constant learning.
  4. Learn how to do the above.
