- The influence the position must bring to the overall culture of the business.
- What the successful candidate must accomplish in the first three months to be recognised as a valued addition to the team.
- How the successful candidate can deliver a return on the hiring investment within the first six months.
Without having and then acting on that knowledge the hiring is hit and miss.
